Still recovering my my aches, I am more geared up than ever to go for my classes today. The workout not only peels the pounds off you, it is also great for release of stress. The only thing that I do need to prepare for are bruised knuckles. No hand wraps can really protect your hands but my kick boxing buddy did say that she has got compliments from people saying that the bruises come from punching the right way.
